​Many businesses fail to scale because their implementation and execution are poor. Leadership teams are often not prepared for the journey, are not aligned and have weak management/leadership skills; they’re probably great people and have helped the business get this far, but they don’t have what’s needed for the Scale-Up journey. Owners or senior executives get very frustrated; the business performance starts to stutter and everyone gets stressed! To prevent this, a series of executive-level workshops is used to provide the skills and techniques needed by the leadership team. I have run hundreds of these sessions for leadership teams across the globe.
