    2. We will respond with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.

    3. Send the item back to us with the RA number clearly marked.

  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
    • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
