I specialise in strategic planning, scaling up, and value proposition design, facilitating workshops on strategy, sales processes, marketing, and business model optimisation. My entrepreneurial journey began at 15, selling cassette tapes and 35mm film to classmates. By 21, I had launched a business producing technical documentation, which led me into IT training and workshop design for global vendors.

Over the years, I’ve held CEO, MD, and VP roles, working across industries and cultures while mastering leadership and growth tools. I’ve led acquisitions, exits, and international partnerships, building an extensive library of techniques and templates that I now deliver to clients worldwide.

 

Today, I facilitate board meetings, business reviews, and off-site sessions focused on strategy, culture, and scaling up. I run Scaling Up groups in London, where CEOs/owners meet to master growth frameworks, and provide tailored coaching for executive teams tackling growth challenges.
