Value Proposition Design and Execution

Early on in my work with an organisation I look at how well the organisation has defined the problem or pain it is trying to solve. I then look at how it’s market position and messaging (from website to sales process) aligns to the chosen ideal customer and customer pain points. The result of this work often shows a significant mis-match; the customer is looking for one thing and the organisation is offering something else or describing the offer in a way that is causing friction. This workshop introduces a well-proven and powerful technique to design a high-impact, clear value proposition that fully reflects what the customer values. It uses the Strategyzer book and each delegate receives their own copy of the book plus supporting tools and templates. The workshop is useful in start-up, early-stage or well-established businesses, and is also very effective in not-for-profit or charity organisations.

Typically a one-day workshop with the executive team.
